Mist Kist Birmans

Mist Kist Birmans began as a small, family home cattery devoted to the sacred Birman — drawn to their gentle nature, silken coats, and unmistakable sapphire eyes.

Over the years we have focused on a few carefully chosen lines, raising every kitten underfoot in our home so they grow up social, confident, and deeply bonded to people.

The Birman — the “Sacred Cat of Burma” — is a gentle, medium-to-large pointed cat with a silken, single coat that resists matting, deep sapphire-blue eyes, and four crisp white gloves that are the hallmark of the breed.
